EVMPOA Current Governing Status: Declarant Controlled
Eastview Manor began development in 2018 and is now approaching the final stages of completion. While the community remains under declarant control, homeowners have already started establishing their own governing body, operating under the oversight of the declarant. Once development is fully completed, full control of the community will be transferred to the homeowners.
